Gamma Delta Chapter Steps Out In Support of UNCF
The Gamma Delta Chapter of Iota Phi Lambda Sorority, Inc. proudly participated in the UNCF Walk, joining members of the community in support of education, opportunity, and the important work of the United Negro College Fund.
The morning began with a fun stretch and warm up session that got everyone moving and ready for the walk. Of course, a little line dancing was included to bring some extra energy to the morning!
Gamma Delta Sorors then joined other participants for a one mile walk in support of UNCF. With each step, participants helped bring awareness to UNCF’s mission of supporting students and historically Black colleges and universities.
In addition to showing up and walking for the cause, the Gamma Delta Chapter proudly raised $420 in support of UNCF! Every contribution helped make a difference and demonstrated our chapter’s continued commitment to education and creating opportunities for future generations.
Our Sorors enjoyed the opportunity to fellowship, get moving, and come together for a meaningful cause. Most importantly, everyone crossed the finish with smiles on their faces!
Gamma Delta is proud to continue supporting programs and initiatives that promote education and strengthen our communities.
We walked with purpose. We walked together. We raised with purpose. And we finished smiling!
